Warranty Guidelines

When warranty coverage may not apply.

Warranty requests are reviewed to confirm that the reported problem relates to the eligible repair and falls within the applicable warranty period.

01Expired coverage

A warranty request is not covered after the applicable warranty period has ended.

02Clogs or blockages

Service required because of a clog or blockage is not covered as a warranty repair.

03Improper use or user damage

Coverage does not apply when appliance damage results directly or indirectly from improper use or damage caused by the user.

04Foreign objects

Warranty coverage does not apply when foreign objects enter pumps, motors or other mechanical parts and cause a new problem.

05A different repair is required

If inspection shows that the current issue requires a separate replacement part or repair unrelated to the covered work, additional service may be required.
